In this 4-week LAB, we focus on hip mobility and squat mechanics.
LAB is an opportunity to better understand how your body moves when you workout. We'll workout every Thursday for 4 weeks. During the workout, you'll learn how to squat using kettlebells and practice hip mobility in between sets! If you live in the NYC area, you don't want to miss this opportunity to assess and improve what you're capable of in the gym.
Expect 15 minutes of mobility followed by 30 minutes of training.
